As expected, Ayson dominated the Easter egg hunt ;) This kid was all business...he was on a mission to find eggs and he took his job seriously.
We kept trying to get him to pose with a smile for a pic, but he was focused on the task at hand.
It was too cute to watch him find his eggs, then meticulously place them in his basket.
As you can see, he def had his "game face" on :)
After all the egg hunting excitement, we went to celebrate Mamo & Dado Cary's 60th wedding anniversary. Little man had had quite an afternoon, and had to catch a quick cat nap. You know he was tired because he never falls asleep like this anymore.
As you can see, he slept right through picture time ;) Congrats to Mamo & Dado...may you be blessed with many more happy years!!!!
The rest of the weekend was spent visiting family, playing with cousin Kierslynn...
and even riding 4-wheelers with dada at Papa Doug's.
Now that we are back in Tulsa, Ayson has been having fun playing with his Easter loot. The soccer ball has been fun, and he even knows how to kick it now!
The Easter bunny was super nice to Ayson this year and also got him his very own baby 4-wheeler! It didn't take him long to figure out how to make it work. It's got a little button to push on the handle bar, and it travels a speedy 2mph...watch out world!
This picture cracks me up...so serious, perfect posture, and of course, an ouchie on his knee.
"Mom! Help! I have dirt on my hand!"
However, so far, he has had more fun pushing it around than anything else. It only makes sense that this super active kid would rather push something than be lazy and ride :)

Daddy's Caddy
This has to be the best $5 we have spent on Ayson so far! He hasn't put these clubs down since we brought them home.
He looks so darn cute and grown up toting it around the yard (and house) everywhere he goes.
Although he has learned how to hit the golf ball with the club, his absolute favorite thing is the bag. It has become his new favorite hiding place. We have found everything from socks to leaves to goldfish hiding in there.
Loving the OSU hat...And momma loves that he keeps it on!
While golfing we got a little dirt on our hands. He's kind of a diva when it comes to dirt...he will just stand there like this until you help him wipe it off :)
(And now for a little Photoshop Fun!)
No doubt a proud moment for Aaron. He can't wait to hit the links with his golfing buddy!

Bring it, Easter Bunny!
He's been practicing.
He's got a basket and he knows how to use it.
He is an egg hunting fool!
On Sunday, just watch out for the sharp-dressed kiddo in the orange sweater vest & sunglasses...because he is ready to dominate the Easter Egg hunt :)

Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes...
Ayson is at such a fun age right now. This super active toddler is constantly on the go, and learning so much about his environment along the way.
He now knows most of his body parts, and can identify them on himself or someone else. Just be careful if you ask him where your eyes are...you just might get them poked out!
He also loves talking on the phone now. He will carry around his phone (or ours) and hold them up to his ear and say "HI!"
Thought this was too funny...he was walking around with his "pack-pack" on while talking on the phone. Such a multi-tasker:)
And finally, his new favorite game. Any time we say "let's eat" or "night night," he sprints underneath the table where he knows he is harder to reach. Such a smart lil' stinker!
